Britt Jones

Britt Jones joins DrivePath Advisors with a passion for operational excellence and a talent for organizational proficiency. She brings experience providing high-level support to executive leadership teams, helping to develop dynamic, collaborative environments where proactive problem-solving and adaptability create the space necessary for leaders and teams to focus on strategic goals.

Before joining the DrivePath team, Britt was a member of the Executive Assistant leadership team at Continental Resources Inc., supporting the Executive Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Culture & Administrative Officer, the Vice President of Investor Relations/Enterprise Research, as well as the Human Resources and Supply Chain Management teams. While at Continental, she specialized in market trends, cost/competitor analysis, consumer behavior, process improvement, performance management, and strategic communications.

Britt received a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma as well as a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and started her career in the Nonprofit sector, serving on several client services and advocacy/outreach teams for the YWCA of Oklahoma City. It was here where she deepened an interest in partnership cultivation. Britt is a people-centric professional, driven by achieving organizational objectives, enhancing productivity, and helping others maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
