Principal
Olivia Harting has over 25 years’ experience in corporate digital media and marketing strategy development and execution. She leads the strategic thinking and creative processes that bring innovative communications and brand connections to life, to help meet clients’ business objectives.
For the past 20 years, Olivia has worked in Corporate Affairs at Chevron, where she developed the company’s social media strategy from its inception and guided the strategic use of social media in online stakeholder engagement, integrated advertising campaigns, advocacy initiatives, issues management and crisis communications.
Most recently, she led corporate brand and advertising at Chevron, where she designed communications and built campaigns around a clear narrative, to promote the company’s evolving lower carbon strategy and foster a more balanced conversation about the energy transition.
Having also served on the corporate communications leadership team at Chevron, and as a co-founder of Chevron’s award-winning in-house agency, Olivia provides expertise in aligning digital communications strategies within integrated corporate communications plans to drive value across the business.
Prior to Chevron, Olivia served as the Director of Creative Service for the West Coast at Proxicom, an interactive agency that developed custom-tailored web solutions for Global 1000 organizations.
Olivia graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College in Wellesley, MA and has taken advanced degree classes in Computer Graphics and Interactive Media at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY.
